PACE Architects believes that the best projects evolve through a collaborative design process between the client and the architect. Communication is critical to us. Open dialogue motivates a higher level of participation, inspires design solutions, and positively engages the users. Our clients are in direct communication with the principals of our firm as well as having access to each team member.
As part of our process, we outline the progression of the project at the start to ensure that the entire team stays on time and on budget. We discuss and clarify each phase with the client and immediately address any concerns that arise.
PACE capitalizes on the knowledge and talents of the whole team and selects experienced consultants whose individual solutions enhance the outcome of the project. We recognize that the contractors offer valuable insight into each project and we seek out their opinions throughout the project’s development. The success of a completed project depends upon the cohesion of the team assembled.
